My illustration conceptually represents my chosen letterform C using a chupacabra. This concept is relevant to Southwestern folklore. Since this is not a real creature, I based its design on the Xoloitzcuintle (Mexican hairless dog) and coyotes. I imagine that these animals could have had a hand in the creation of the myth.
